Managed from conception to completion all aspects of this lifestyle retail center in Sacramento, CA, including construction of all shell buildings, TIs, coordination with tenants and project owner, budget and schedule reporting. Managed interns and oversaw work of administrative assistant in the field.
Tenants included PacSun, Tilly’s Surf Shop, Ground Zero Board Shop, Starbucks, Qdoba, Beach Hut Deli, Aeropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Lids, Claire's, Sports Clips, Mizu Sushi.

Full-time on-site APM responsible for design management, submittal and RFI management, change management for entire project (except for the 50,000sf of shops). Lead PM on three TIs totaling ~60,000sf, including budget and schedule responsibility. Managed interns and oversaw work of administrative assistant in the field.
Tenants included Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, ULTA, Target, Cost Plus World Market, Linen’s N Things (later replaced by Bed Bath and Beyond), Pier 1, Sports Authority, Sam’s Club, Men’s Wearhouse, Justice for Girls, Pei Wei, Best Buy, Office Depot, and BevMo!.
